The accommodation was simple but clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. We made a mistake with our booking and they found us another and were very kind about it. Also they were good with directions around Qualicum.
Would not recommend. Staff smoked right under our balcony and gossiped about other patrons, water slide is $5.50 extra per person, loud music up until midnight, and plus paying for the room you pay per person staying in said room. The beds were awful and felt like cardboard. The floors were very sticky and had dirt present on them. The towels smelt awful and were brown so we could not see why they smelt. There was a knife (used) left on the stairwell we had to climb up, stairs were uneven and soft in spots, playground equipment was not safe (swayed with movement), and location was far away from the beach and any other establishment. Do not waste money here! Only fun if you bring own RV and extra money for everything advertised at resort.
Amazing staff so friendly and they went the extra mile. Our cabin was clean and very cozy for a family of 4 . The life guard on duty at the pole (Melanie ) she is a very special lady way to keep the kids happy.love the games you play. This lady has such a special personality I truly thank you. My family and myself had a great time. We will be back again
My keys were stolen out of my swim bag when my friend and I had our kids at the water slide my van was then broken into and everything including my friends wallet were stolen. There was a scrape going up the side of my van and we sort of think it looks like a golf cart was beside it. Like what they use to get around the campground. (We cant say for sure) my friend and I went to front desk for help and the staff were not helpful nor was the manager. We had 5 kids with us we sat outside waiting for help for almost 6 hours without being offered water at the very least. Thank gawd I had my bank card attached to my phone. The head life guard was the only genuinely concerned human at this resort. I had bought the kids ice cream cones and not even an offer of a discount was given. When we asked about cameras apparently they had taken them down 3 days prior. It was a weekend to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday and it was destroyed in a matter of minutes I will never be back to this place it doesnt make me feel safe. Also to add the stairs going up to the water slide were soft in some parts I would definitely be scared to go here again. They just want your money
We have been going every second summer for the past decade and we love it! This summer we did a long weekend and it was paradise! We found the deluxe cabin was tidy and accommodating. The staff were polite, and the lifeguard was indeed fun!
