Great gym! Super knowledgeable and awesome staff, lots of weightlifting / cardio equiptment and a super cool outdoor-ish stretching room off the back. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a new gym!
Super local gym with knowlegable, professional owners. Good atmosphere and dedicated staff. Great to have in Qualicum Beach.
clean and moderately busy ... you can get to machines when you want
Gym equipment is old, especially the cardio machines. Also, there is no good place to stretch since it's a very small gym and the stretching area is actually outside.
A little cramped, but definitely has all you need for a good workout. Great friendly staff!
